By downloading or using IntelliWallet, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Basic terms

You are responsible for everything that happens within your copy of IntelliWallet, including keeping your master password secure.
Because IntelliWallet has no account system and no password recovery, you are solely responsible for remembering your master password and for keeping your own backups. We cannot recover a lost password or restore data you didn’t back up.
You may not use IntelliWallet for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you agree to comply with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
You must not reverse-engineer, modify, or misrepresent IntelliWallet or its branding, except as permitted by the open-source MIT license covering the iwcore engine.

Premium subscription

Some optional features (search, favorites, manual/custom backups, history, data export) require IntelliWallet Premium, an auto-renewing annual subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play:
