By downloading or using IntelliWallet, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Basic terms
- You are responsible for everything that happens within your copy of IntelliWallet, including keeping your master password secure.
- Because IntelliWallet has no account system and no password recovery, you are solely responsible for remembering your master password and for keeping your own backups. We cannot recover a lost password or restore data you didn’t back up.
- You may not use IntelliWallet for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you agree to comply with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
- You must not reverse-engineer, modify, or misrepresent IntelliWallet or its branding, except as permitted by the open-source MIT license covering the
iwcoreengine.
Premium subscription
Some optional features (search, favorites, manual/custom backups, history, data export) require IntelliWallet Premium, an auto-renewing annual subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play:
- Pricing is set per app store and country, shown live in the app and at checkout before you pay.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel your subscription any time through your Apple ID account settings or Google Play subscriptions — we cannot process cancellations or refunds directly, as we never receive your payment details.
- The free features of IntelliWallet are not time-limited and do not require a subscription.
General conditions
- We may change, suspend, or discontinue IntelliWallet’s development and support at any time.
- We may update these Terms of Use from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
- The app and its source-available components are provided subject to the Warranty Disclaimer.
