We sincerely apologize to everyone affected by the problems after migrating from an old version of the app. Your data was never deleted, and this release is dedicated to getting it back.
Fixed
- Sign-in with the correct password. The app now recognizes all password formats used by older app versions, so storages that rejected the correct password unlock again.
- Automatic repair. Storages with a damaged structure are repaired automatically during sign-in.
- Blank screen with intact data. Storages created by very old app versions can contain empty values where newer versions expect data. A single such value made the whole list look empty. All entries now display correctly.
- Clear error messages. If something still cannot be read, the app shows a clear message with technical details in About and on the main screen, instead of a blank screen.
New
- Recover locked entries. If some entries could not be read during the upgrade, they are kept safe, and the new tool in Settings lets you recover them at any time, including with a previous password.
- Safety backup before upgrade. A backup of your storage is created automatically before any storage upgrade.
- Share diagnostic logs. About, “Share logs” sends technical logs (never your data) to support, so we can resolve your case faster.
